COVID Safety. Face masks are required to be worn Thursday and Friday nights. High filtration mask (like a KN95) required. We’ll have plenty of KN95 masks at the door if you don’t have one (no sweat). Air purifiers from Clear the Air Austin will be in the room as well. More info below :)
What does this mean? Everyone that attends will wear a mask Thursday and Friday night. Momentarily taking off your mask, like to take a drink, is not a problem, but please promptly put it back on after you've taken a sip. If you happen to forget yours or prefer using one of ours, don't worry – we'll have plenty of KN95 masks on hand.
Why? Our priority since we started hosting shows in 2019 remains unchanged: ensuring that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in the spaces we create. We believe that dedicating two nights to mandatory mask usage will enable a broader spectrum of our community to connect and enjoy the show and shows that TGA’s audience stands in solidarity with high risk and immunocompromised people.
